Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. All shipments are shipped via UPS Ground, please allow 5 -7 business days for normal delivery unless otherwise stated.

To avoid extreme temperatures during the summer months, we may delay your shipment to protect your wines from heat damage. We will be sure to contact you about any shipping delays.

Shipping and taxes (CA, IL, TX, and NY) are calculated based on the shipping destination at the end of the online ordering process. At this time we do not ship wine outside the United States.

Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine we are only permitted to ship to certain states. Please contact us for more information on our shipping policies. For more information about consumer choice in fine wine, visit www.freethegrapes.org.

By placing an order for an alcoholic beverage through our website, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age. The recipient will be required to show identification that proves he or she is at least 21 years old and will be required to sign for the delivery.

We recommend delivery of wine shipments to business, rather than home addresses as a signature of someone 21 years or older must be obtained for delivery. We regret we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
